For Episode 4 of MAFF Tour Colombia, we head to Bogotá to meet with visual artist, Fabian Rojas, who created the project and alter alias, Pelitoz Locos. Rojas uses hair as a canvas for creativity and shows us the opportunity for self-expression and transformation through styling.
