Shipping
Our artists around the globe send out your items. Each product page tells you when to expect it and where it's coming from, including any extra time for custom-made pieces. Costs vary, especially if you're grabbing goods from different designers. We'll email you a tracking number once it's shipped — if you miss a delivery, you may have to cover re-shipping costs, so please stay on top of it.
Tracking
Keep an eye on your email for tracking info. Please also watch for customs fees and taxes to avoid any delays or returns.
Taxes & Duties
Most of our items include tax and duty fees at checkout. If you don't see any tax or duty information upon checkout, you may be charged when your order arrives. Check the product page to see where your item is coming from. If these fees aren't handled at checkout, you may be responsible for additional duty costs upon delivery.
Returns
Because most items on MAFF are handmade and one-of-a-kind, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. That said, we always want you to be happy with your purchase — if you're not satisfied, reach out to us and we'll make it right. We also offer repairs for any items that arrive damaged or develop issues. For any return or repair requests, email us at shop@maff.tv.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
