For Art Basel Miami Beach 2019, the LOEWE Foundation presents its fifth exhibition in the Chance Encounters series curated by Jonathan Anderson. British artist Hilary Lloyd creates a major site-specific textile, sound and video installation that engages with 18th-century Portuguese granary. Several large-scale ceramic sculptures by Ewen Henderson (1934 - 2000) – one of Britain’s most esteemed artists working with clay – also stand in and amongst Lloyd’s installation.
