Amulet Necklace

This necklace is handcrafted from thick borosilicate glass links in the bold chain style and features a sculptural central element. At its center sits a black glass sphere, framed by transparent glass loops that create a flower-like, diamond-inspired composition. The necklace is secured with a sterling silver lobster clasp and sculpted using traditional lampworking techniques.
Clara Schweers' atelier and glass workshop is located in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, from where each collection and piece is hand-made by Clara, herself. Following a contemporary jewelry practice where glass is reimagined as a material of intimacy and strength.
