For me, creating means suspending time to capture a moment that still resonates. Trained in fashion design and pattern making at the Institut Fran ais de la Mode, with a specialization in knitwear, I later spent several years in the women's ready to wear studio at Herm s. Knit became my primary medium and the foundation of my personal artistic practice. I treat knitwear as a canvas. The machine is my brush and the threads are both paint and surface. Through repetition, intuition, and chance, color brings forth characters that feel already present, waiting to be revealed.
