Charlotte James is a Creative Director living and working from her hometown Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. Since 2014 Charlotte has been focused on making work that is socially engaged with community participation. She is interested in exploring different avenues in order to collaborate with communities through fashion, film, creative workshops for youth and casting. Her upbringing and the people she grew up around have had a massive influence upon her work. In homage to her youth, a large portion of her work has been made in her hometown, featuring family, friends and locals to the area. Charlotte’s personal work has led her on commercial collaborations through styling and casting for Ace & Tate and Helmut Lang, and magazines including Re-edition, Vogue Italia, SSAW and Twin Magazine.

Salim Adam is a London based Director & Photographer specialising in commercial and music video. Salim began his career studying Graphic Design at university where he specialised in Motion Graphics. Using Adobe's Creative Suite for over 12 years he has gone on to become an award winning Motion Graphic Designer. In 2015 Salim swapped working for Directors to Direct his own short films. He initially began self-shooting for streetwear fashion brands and blogs, but has since gone on to direct powerfully absorbing commercials for brands such as Adidas, Nike and Ministry of Sound.
